Afterschool clubs

Clubs provide a stimulating learning environment where students are encouraged to learn collaboratively. They can be held either during holidays or weekly on Wenesdays afternoon, Saturdays or Sundays. Each club welcomes a small group of students in order to ensure the best quality of teaching. Clubs are organised on-demand with a minimum of 3 participants.

* Camps are conducted in English. For any question please do not hesitate to contact me.

Pedagogy

My approach is based on four main principles :

  1. having fun: the camp is a fun & playful time when children are invited to explore
  2. learning by doing: each participant will produce a piece of work they can be proud of and share
  3. creativity as a medium: participants will develop their own games & animations
  4. learning as a group: Children are invited to collaborate and help each other as a way to learn

The key learning objectives of the camp will be:

  • to discover the fundamentals of programing
  • to build their own game
  • to develop creativity, curiosity and problem-solving skills
  • to apply peer learning and develop autonomy & collaborative skills
